Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or order placement (for Cash on Delivery orders). Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2–4 business days
• Other cities/remote areas: 4–6 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You may pay in cash to our delivery partner at the time of receiving your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (if available) via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, so you can track your shipment's status.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team with your order number, and we will investigate and assist you promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and other details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts (e.g., due to unavailability or refusal at the doorstep), the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
